Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

How is my payment handled?

Payments are taken through PayPal or Stripe in Australian Dollars. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

I have placed my order, when should I expect my artwork?

Once you place your order it will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Transit time is approximately 3-6 business days for domestic deliveries (Australia) and 1-2 weeks for international deliveries. All shipments are trackable online and require a signature on delivery.

Prints will be emailed as soon as the order has been processed. This is usually 1-2 business days but within 5 business days.

Can I collect my artwork from your studio?

Yes, if you live in or near Perth, Western Australia you are welcome to pick up in person. This option should come up as a choice when you checkout. Once you have placed your order I will email you and we can work out a time to meet. My studio is in Manning, Perth, Western Australia.

Is Shipping included?

Yes, most artwork has an estimated shipping cost included at checkout based on the size of the work and your location.
Note: At the current time shipping costs are varying significantly due to Covid-19 restrictions, especially on air freight. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.

What about large or high value artworks?

Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. If relevant, this will be noted in the Shipping details within each product listing. If the artwork is particularly large or otherwise more difficult to transport using usual methods, I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options and individual shipping quotes before the artwork is despatched. Please contact me prior to purchase of the artwork. If you buy online first in order to secure the painting the shipping cost will be billed separately after agreement.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If your location is remote or restricted, you will need a bespoke courier service. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.

Overseas shipments (outside Australia) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping costs include packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?

I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a Buy-Back agreement.

If an original painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Returns are only valid when the item is returned to us within 28 days. Items must be returned in perfect condition. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for arranging return delivery, at your expense, using the same service and method used to send it to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.

Do you give a refund on prints if I change my mind?

No. All prints are digital and therefore unable to be returned after purchase. Please choose carefully before you place the order.

What if my painting arrives damaged?

All work is carefully packed and wrapped by the shipping service. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please respond to your confirmation email requesting cancelation or email us at becky@beckyaustinart.com quoting your order number. If your order has not dispatched we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your item has dispatched it will then fall under our returns policy.

What about Overseas Returns?

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of Australia.
